For the second year in a row, a Hole-In-One helps members celebrate the July 4th holiday weekend at The Hamlet.
Congratulations to Matt Glazer on his Hole-In-One on Friday July 1st on the 8th hole. Matt's shot with a PW on the newly renovated par 3, was the 3rd Hole-In-One of his career. The ace is the 6th Hole-In-One at The Hamlet this season.
On July 3rd last year, it was Fred Meltzer who aced the same hole. Maybe there is something about playing the 8th hole on July 4th weekend? This is the 4th Hole-In-One at the club in the last 22 days, clearly our Golf Course Superintendent and his staff have not learned how to "tuck" a few pins on our par 3's...
Members who are enrolled in The Hamlet's Hole-In-One program can come to the club on Friday and Saturday to get their free drink in the Member's Bar and help us celebrate Matt's magic moment.
